You are walking inside the mall and you can’t help yourself to look around then just buy recklessly. Sometimes you are bored and randomly looks at your smartphone but you have these online shopping applications that you keep browsing for hours. Then you lost and added all items on your cart for payment.
You shouldn’t blame yourself all the time because nowadays Marketers are great that they can create demand for products you don’t really need. From the formation of belief to the creation of appealing packaging, Sometimes you can’t help it!
Then what you do?
1. You need to first ask yourself, why do I need to stop this behavior?

Checking the rationale on why you need to Negate Impulse Buying is very important to ensure your Foundation and to ensure that you can control yourself.
Is it because of your Financial Capabilities? Do you want to save more?

2. Create your Priority list along with your Budget

"There are a lot of things I need to consider" by putting this on your mind you are slowly teaching your self to control yourself and manage your expenses. Listing down your priorities and setting up your budget will help you monitor your expenses and also stop yourself from buying unnecessary things.
3. Learn to analyze the cost and its benefits

You need to inculcate on your mind that if you will buy something it should be worth it. It is something that you need. Needing something is different from wanting it. If you need it. This is a necessity that you need to live. If you want it, most of this kind of items are Hedonistic Products that satisfy our pleasures rather than most of our Basic Needs.
Aside from asking yourself if it will make you happy you need to know if that will really be useful? If you really can’t help but buy the product, check if there would be any alternatives that have a more reasonable price. So even if you buy it, you won’t be too guilty that you spent your money.
My Two Cents
You don’t really need to avoid buying the things you want, indulging yourself or even rewarding yourself. Always balance and weigh down your decision. You can also try to be more productive to redirect your focus instead of wanting to buy something you may do more essential things. There is a saying that “Too much of anything could kill you”. Shop moderately!
